6 Mistakes Causing Blog Traffic Drop
Mistake 1: Backlink growth that is not natural.
Backlink must be increasing consistently. Fluctuation is normal as long as consistent. If you get 1000 backlink in 1 day then drop to 0 in the next day, your traffic is going to drop.
Mistake 2: Not update routinely.
Update periodically everyday, or weekly, or monthly have influence on traffic. Blog that routine doing update have more traffic than blog that have many article but after that passive. For example 100 articles in 1 month is better than 100 articles in 1 day but the rest of the month is 0.
Mistake 3: Placing link on web that Google doesn't like.
For example paid links or paid reviews.
Mistake 4: Ignoring visitor question.
But becareful because visitor often insert backlink in his/her question.
Mistake 5: Don't have main article
Don't too often making simple articles. Make long article that connecting short articles.
Mistake 6: Too often changing blog template
Blog template is also recognized by search engine robot. If you too often changing template, then robot have problem to determine standard criteria from your blog. So your blog get minus point from search engine. Also don't place too much script, flash, or frame in your template
