Submit Blog to Google
1. Go to Google Webmasters
2. Login with your google account
3. Click Add a site
4. Enter URL of your blog
5. Verify your ownership -> click alternate methods -> HTML tag
6. Copy the meta tag
7. Go to blogger dashboard -> template
8. Click Backup/Restore -> download full template ( do this everytime you will make a change to blog HTML)
9. Click Edit HTML -> Proceed -> checkmark expand widget templates
10. Search <head>, paste below it meta tag that you copy at no 6.
Click save template.
11. Click verify at Google Webmasters. Done! You have submit your blog to google.
Submit sitemap to Google
1. Create sitemap for you blog. If you haven't create it just read Starting SEO Blogger Tricks
2. Go to Google Webmasters
3. Click your blog -> sitemaps
4. Click add/test sitemap
5. Fill with: atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
6. Click submit sitemap. Done! You have submit your sitemap to google
7. You must submit your sitemap every 5 or 10 posts by check sitemap and click resubmit
Later when you have more than 500 posts, fill with: atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=500
Or more than 1000 posts: atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1001&max-results=500
and so on. Just add 500.
Submit Blog to Bing & Yahoo
Yahoo merged site explorer into Bing Webmaster Tools with a partnership contract.
So just submit your blog to Bing Webmaster.
1. You must have live or hotmail account. If you don't have it just create one at www.live.com
2. Add your site
3. Verify ownership -> Choose the second option which is "Copy and paste a tag in your default webpage"
4. Paste it with the same way as submit blog to google.
5. Go back to BING webmaster page and click the "Verify" Button.
Done! You have submit your blog to Bing & Yahoo.
Submit sitemap to Bing & Yahoo
1. Go to BING webmaster
2. Click submit a sitemap
3. Fill with: http://yourblogname.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
Don't forget to change yourblogname
Click submit. Done! You have submit your sitemap to Bing & Yahoo.
